The Call and the Answer

The call to follow Jesus is a deep invitation to trust Him with your whole life. In the Sons of the Holy Family, this call is lived as brothers and priests who serve families, youth, and the Church in the spirit of Nazareth.

Community Life

Within the Congregation of the Sons of the Holy Family, we pray, work, and share daily life together. Community is where we are formed, supported, and sent out to serve families and young people.

Our Mission

The Sacred Connection

Living in the light of Nazareth, we serve to heal and strengthen families, especially the young and the poor. Through schools, parishes, and spiritual centers, we help people discover that God is close to them in their everyday lives.

The Journey of Formation

Vocation is a path of gradual transformation, walked step by step with Jesus. Our formation helps each man grow in prayer, community, and mission.

Aspirancy

“Come and see.” (John 1:39)

A time of first contact and discernment, allowing you to get to know the community and listen more closely to God’s call.

Postulancy

“Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.” (1 Samuel 3:9)

A period of more intentional preparation for consecrated life, focused on prayer, community living, and basic formation.

Novitiate

“Behold the handmaid of the Lord.” (Luke 1:38)

The core year of initiation, when the novice enters more deeply into the life, prayer, and mission of the Sons of the Holy Family.

Scholasticate

“Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel.” (Mark 16:15)

A time of academic, professional, and pastoral studies, uniting prayer, community life, and service in the Church.

Ongoing Formation

“I am with you always.” (Matthew 28:20)

Continuing growth throughout one’s religious life, staying faithful to the call and open to the Holy Spirit.
